Working Principle
The A1011 Automatic Kinematic Viscometer determines the kinematic viscosity of petroleum and industrial liquid samples by measuring the time required for a sample to flow through a calibrated capillary viscometer under precisely controlled temperature conditions.
During operation, the instrument automatically sucks the sample into the capillary tube and maintains the bath at the preset temperature. The system then records the liquid flow time with high precision. The final kinematic viscosity value is automatically calculated by multiplying the capillary constant by the average flow time.
After the test is completed, the instrument automatically prints the result and performs automatic cleaning and drying, preparing the system for the next sample without manual intervention.
