The A1101Z Lubricating Oil Oxidation Stability Tester (Metal Bath) is a high-precision laboratory instrument designed for evaluating the oxidation stability of lubricating oils and turbine oils under accelerated conditions.

Working Principle
The A1101Z Oxidation Stability Tester evaluates oil oxidation resistance by placing a lubricating oil sample into a sealed pressure vessel filled with oxygen under controlled temperature conditions.
The vessel is heated using a metal bath system and rotated at a constant speed of 100 ± 5 r/min. During the test, oxygen reacts with the oil sample under high temperature and pressure.
The internal pressure is continuously monitored by a high-precision sensor (0–2 MPa, accuracy 0.1 grade). The oxidation stability is determined by the time required for a specified pressure drop.
A longer induction period indicates better oxidation resistance and longer oil service life.
